2. What data we process

The data you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone, province, building size and use, and your message. Also anything you send us by phone, email or WhatsApp.

If you accept analytics cookies, aggregated browsing data as described in the Cookie policy.

3. Purpose

  • To answer your request for information or a quote.
  • To prepare and manage the quote and, where applicable, the contract.
  • To analyse website use in aggregate, only if you accept.
  • We do not send you marketing without your express consent and we do not make automated decisions.

4. Legal basis

  • Your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Your consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI).

5. Retention

Data from requests that do not lead to a contract is kept for 12 months. If a contract is signed, for its duration and the statutory limitation, tax and commercial periods.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers who process data on our behalf under a processing agreement:

  • Vercel Inc. (web hosting).
  • Resend (sending the contact form email).
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies).
  • WhatsApp / Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hola@tecnaves.es or to our postal address.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS).
